Built business Agents with context design, tool calling, RAG, persistence, bot integration, and LLM validation.

Built large-scale network data analytics for user diagnostics, ISP quality and failure discovery, and Office service network evaluation.

Developed Microsoft Teams platform applications and Teams Bot across frontend, backend, and platform integration with C# and TypeScript.
